Anima Information
Thursday, October 25th, 2018: RebusFarm Info
Anima users please note that every time Anima releases a new version, they first release it for regular users and about 1-2 weeks later for render farms. This means that we can always support the latest version with a delay of a few days. We update our version as soon as it is released for render farms.
So please wait with your updates until we are able to update as well, so that you can use the farm without any troubles. You will be informed about updates via our News and our Facebook and Twitter channel.
Changes for all V-Ray users!
Friday, October 5th, 2018: RebusFarm Info
Due to changes in the license system of Chaosgroup we are forced to handle refunds that refer to all V-Ray jobs differently from now on. We can not fully refund failed V-Ray jobs anymore as the new license system forces us to pay for those failed jobs anyway.
Due to these changes we also had to make changes in the limit parameters:
For Progressive jobs we had to remove the 'RenderPoints' limit parameter, so that you can only set 'Passes' and 'Noise Level' as limit parameters for these jobs.
For Progressive Distributed jobs you can only set 'Passes' as a limit parameter.
!!! Please make sure to choose proper amounts of 'Passes' and/or 'Noise Level' and always send at least 2-3 test frames to the farm before sending the entire job to make sure, that there are no errors in your job and all settings are correct!!!
